• Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you joined.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by Australian consumer law.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

By using our website and members portal you agree not to:

• Post or share content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or unlawful.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other members or staff.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish exclusive members-only content without written permission.
